Regulating Ordinance for Funeral Services

The Regulating Ordinance for Funeral Services was definitely approved by the Plenum on the 24th December 1996, published in the BOCAIB number 18 dated 11.02.97, coming into effect on the 12th February 1997.

Based upon the modification of article 13 of the Ordinance that was approved by the Superior Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands on the 14th April 2000, the Plenum of the town hall approved this modification on the 25th May 2000 and published it in the BOCAIB number 81 dated 01.07.00, coming into effect on the same day of its publication.
